OPERATIONAL INTELLIGENCE MANAGER I
Overview
The Operational Intelligence Manager I is responsible for designing and implementing effective processes and systems within operations, technology, and informatics, aligning with business unit and group strategies. This role involves reviewing current processes, liaising with stakeholders, managing system projects, and ensuring data integrity. Additionally, the manager will compile systems reporting, analyze operational intelligence, and support business growth through insights and optimization of performance.
Responsibilities
- Identify, design and implement effective processes and systems within operations, technology and informatics.
- Review current processes and systems to understand business information and how systems integrate.
- Liaise with stakeholders to address needs to develop outputs.
- Manage and approve system projects to ensure quality and data integrity.
- Plan, design and implement new processes and systems.
- Facilitate and manage the implementation of processes and systems.
- Monitor and maintain processes and systems for efficiency and sustainability.
- Set up training materials and conduct training on new systems.
- Audit processes and systems to ensure business needs are met.
- Suggest and plan for systems and processes enhancements.
- Compile systems reporting and carry out relevant analysis.
- Integrate operational/client/customer information into insights.
- Analyse operational intelligence to ensure accuracy and provide meaningful trends.
- Monitor and measure operational activities.
- Engage with operational teams to support excellence achievement.
- Analyse audit reports to identify gaps and recommend enhancements.
- Present analysis of data to clients and businesses.
