Overview
RCL FOODS is a deeply rooted South African food manufacturer that produces some of the country’s most-loved brands. The Pricing and Rebates Clerk FTC will facilitate accurate processing and capturing of claims, accurate reporting, and the provision of sales information to the business.
Requirements
- Finance Diploma/Degree
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
- SAP/Syspro experience would be advantageous
Responsibilities
- Capture, maintain, and update pricing and rebate data accurately
- Support the implementation of approved pricing structures and changes
- Assist with investigating pricing discrepancies and variances
- Process customer rebates in line with approved agreements and authorisations
- Prepare and process rebate credit notes and related documentation
- Prepare regular reconciliations for rebates, deductions, and pricing adjustments
- Track and resolve differences between expected and actual rebates
- Ensure pricing and rebate activities comply with internal controls and procedures
- Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation
- Liaise with Sales, Finance, and related teams to resolve pricing and rebate queries
