Overview
As a Sales Agent at Global Direct, you will represent The Unlimited Group in selling short-term insurance products. This role is fully commission-based, offering average monthly earnings that range between R6,000 and R12,000, dependent on your individual efforts and results. You will receive comprehensive training covering product knowledge, sales techniques, and lead generation to support your success in this position.
Requirements
- At least 50% average for matric (NQF 4) or any higher qualification (NQF 5+)
- Proven sales ability or strong motivation to sell
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Reliable transport and ability to travel locally for client visits
- Basic smartphone and ability to use simple sales/admin apps
- South African Citizen
Responsibilities
- Actively generate and follow up on leads and prospects
- Present short-term insurance products professionally
- Close sales and complete accurate application paperwork
- Build and maintain client relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Meet individual sales targets and report activity as required
