Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a high-profile Integration Programme within the Technology and Innovation function, working closely with stakeholders across multiple regions and business areas. The role will focus on Microsoft 365 integration and broader enterprise migration initiatives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of business analysis experience across technology-led change initiatives.
  • Experience in complex business integrations/ mergers across multiple jurisdictions and geographies.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing or enhancing business processes in large, complex corporates.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory and audit standards governing data protection and compliance.
  • Experience in systems integrations and identity and access management (IAM) governance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
  • Certifications such as CBAP or CCBA (advantageous).

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end requirements definition and documentation across business and technical workstreams.
  • Conduct current-state and target end-state process analysis, identifying gaps, optimisation opportunities, and control weaknesses.
  • Translate business, compliance, and security needs into functional and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and vendors to validate solution designs against business and compliance requirements.
  • Define and document user journeys, workflows, and data models to support business process and system design.
  • Support testing and validation, including functional testing, UAT, and controls verification aligned with internal audit and risk frameworks.
  • Ensure solutions, pilot activities, and data handling align with IT governance, information security policy, and regulatory obligations (GDPR).
  • Prepare user documentation, training materials, and operational procedures for new and enhanced processes.
  • Contribute to roadmap development and continuous improvement of business and technology frameworks.
  • Perform data reconciliation across systems and sources to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of migrated data.
  • Provide process, stakeholder, and impact analysis to support the Change Manager in assessing and communicating the impact of change.
  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions with business stakeholders, technical SMEs, and delivery teams to elicit and validate requirements.
  • Assess data and process risks against governance and control frameworks, escalating issues as needed.
  • Capture lessons learned and define exit criteria to support the transition from pilot to broader rollout.
