Senior Technical Manager
Overview
Responsible for planning, organising, and directing the activities of the assigned buildings or client premises in the portfolio. Oversees service delivery to client, procures services, handles third party service contracts, and directs maintenance procedures. Ensures that all buildings, grounds, and equipment are well maintained and in optimal working condition. Implements departmental policies and procedures and ensures that all operations are in accordance with established health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Matric
- Technical qualification in Refrigeration/Electrical/Mechanical or HVAC
- 5 to 10 years of related experience, with at least two or more years of supervisory experience
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
- Valid Driver’s License
Responsibilities
- Planning, development, and implementation of effective facilities and operations management policies
- Assisting Senior Management in developing short- and long-term goals and plans
- Executing established operational goals
- Coordinating and managing third party service providers and vendors
- Conducting periodic inspections of facilities
- Directing preventive maintenance procedures
- Developing and implementing safety directives
