Overview
RPO Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established medium-sized building contractor's team in Cape Town. This role is ideal for a hands-on construction professional with a strong history of delivering high-quality building projects safely, on time, and within budget.
Requirements
- National Diploma or Degree in Building, Construction Management or a related qualification.
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Manager on commercial, residential and/or industrial building projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing and quality standards.
- Ability to manage subcontractors, labour and site resources effectively.
- Good understanding of OH&S legislation and site safety requirements.
- Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
