Overview
Exxaro Resources is seeking a skilled Solution Analyst, Marketing & Logistics to join our team at The ConneXXion, Centurion, Gauteng. This 1 Year contract position offers a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of business process improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Technology or a related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Business Process and Business Analysis, particularly in Information Management
- Registered with a Professional Body
- Psychometric Assessment (to be conducted by Exxaro)
- Certificate of Fitness (to be conducted by Exxaro)
Responsibilities
- Identify, verify, and document business requirements using appropriate methodologies and tools
- Provide first-line solution support for business processes and solutions within the domain
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance systems and processes
- Build strong relationships with Exxaro IM stakeholders by sharing business information and knowledge
- Collaborate with Solution Architects to resolve process and application gaps and ensure best practice solutions are implemented
- Document business requirements and support project teams with systems knowledge to ensure requirements are met
- Develop business partnerships, identify IM opportunities for enhanced business value, and establish strong relationships with internal IM teams
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment in compliance with SHE policies and procedures, promoting a safety-focused culture
- Participate in the standardization of service delivery to business and contribute input to service levels for application support
- Conduct unit, system, and integrated testing tasks, and work with the training team to develop application-specific training materials
