Requirements
- Completed Matric.
- Minimum 5 years' experience leading large teams in a high-turnover, complex retail environment.
- Strong leadership and matrix management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong operational and reporting skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop your store team.
- Ensure the store meets or exceeds unit, financial, and developmental targets.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of Apple products and solutions.
- Manage all in-store operations, including staffing, stock, merchandising, and customer experience.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with regional and head office teams.
- Analyse and report on store performance, trends, and customer insights.
- Uphold high standards in visual merchandising and brand representation.
- Drive operational excellence and identify areas for continuous improvement.
