The Technical Support Coordinator is responsible for managing the planning, deployment, and maintenance of essential IT systems, including classrooms, video collaboration, networking, surveillance, and Microsoft 365. This role acts as the primary technical authority to ensure reliability and integration of all IT components, facilitating seamless digital learning and assessment environments.

Requirements

  • 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues reported by users.
  • Regularly maintain, update, and upgrade company systems and network infrastructure.
  • Provide technical assistance for training programs to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Implement and monitor security measures for IT infrastructure.
  • Offer support and training to users on systems and software.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT equipment.
  • Prepare and set up studios for training sessions and events.
  • Configure and troubleshoot staff PCs and networking equipment.
  • Ensure stable and efficient connectivity for instructors and training programs.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of IT equipment.
  • Provide ongoing IT education and awareness to staff.
