Overview

Responsible for all administrative function related to performance management i.e Administer performance management processes and monitor compliance with performance review and assessment requirements. Administer and monitor employee probation processes.

Requirements

  • Senior Certificate (Grade 12 or equivalent qualification)
  • Competencies: Knowledge of the following: Performance Management and Development System (PMDS), and all other performance related Directives, Resolutions
  • Probation Management
  • Public Service Act and Regulations
  • DPSA Performance Management prescripts and frameworks
  • PERSAL and PERMIS systems
  • Labour relations principles as they relate to performance
  • Records management and reporting requirements
  • WCG governance and compliance

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all administrative function related to performance management i.e Administer performance management processes and monitor compliance with performance review and assessment requirements
  • Administer and monitor employee probation processes
  • C ompile HR reports and maintain accurate employee data records
  • Provide stakeholder support and facilitate HR-related communication
  • Perform administrative functions related to the management of PERMIS
  • Perform necessary administrative functions on PERSAL (capturing of payments and confirmation of probation)
