Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Business Architect to support a strategic cloud transformation initiative. The successful candidate will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to align business strategy, capabilities, processes, and operating models with the organisation's cloud transformation objectives.
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years' experience in Business Architecture, Business Analysis, or a similar role.
- Experience working on business transformation or cloud-related initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing and designing business processes, functions, and structures.
- Enterprise Business Analysis - Interpret the business need and identify solution recommendations to business problems at a business unit level.
- Lead the improvement efforts to be made that are within span of control at this level.
- Lead the design and execution of methodologies such as strategy decoding, market and industry research, and process mapping.
- Provide specialist advice on the interpretation and application of policies and procedures.
- Use data from a wide range of sources to analyze key themes and identify possible impacts on the business.
- Document 'as is' and 'to be' processes and describe the changes required.
- Carry out feasibility and assessment work for proposed and current projects.
- Support collection of business requirements using a variety of methods.
