Overview
Exxaro Resources is seeking a skilled Manager AI and Intelligent Automation to join their team in Centurion on a one-year contract. The successful candidate will lead innovation efforts by managing the AI, Business Applications, Intelligent Automation, and Analytics centers of excellence, driving the delivery of data-driven solutions that create significant business value while fostering an inclusive and dynamic work environment focused on sustainable impact.
Requirements
- BSc (Hons) in Information Systems Technology or a related field
- Certificate in ITIL Foundation
- Management Development Programme
- Psychometric Assessment
- Certificate of Fitness
- DevOps Leader Professional Certification
- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience managing Business Insights Centres of Excellence, including AI, Business Applications, Intelligent Automation, and Analytics
- Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders
- Demonstrated business acumen with strategic thinking and expertise in data mining
- Experience managing complex change management processes
- Strong vendor and third-party management skills
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the AI, Business Applications, Intelligent Automation, and Analytics centres of excellence to ensure optimisation of functional capabilities and business value delivery
- Oversee the end-to-end demand management process
