Overview
Accountable for the team in the EasyPay Everywhere Branches. Builds and develops resources and environment to enable the team to achieve desired objectives.
Requirements
- National Diploma/NQF level 6 qualification in Business Studies or equivalent
- 5 / 7 years of sales experience from Banking or Financial Services environment, 3 of which must have been in a leadership role
- Report Writing, Computer Literacy, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Responsibilities
- Manage and support Sales and Service consultants
- Facilitate the team’s outcomes and target setting
- Ensure customer needs are met and provide immediate responses
- Conduct needs analyses and identify sales opportunities
- Manage staff leave, hours of work, and overtime
- Coach and support staff to achieve sales targets
- Implement proactive sales plans and measure output
- Manage staff overtime and fleet costs
- Ensure compliance with processes and procedures
