Vouch: Marketing & Media Coordinator
Overview
As our Marketing & Media Coordinator, you’ll help bring Vouch’s marketing and communications to life. You’ll coordinate campaigns, work with our creative, PR and media partners, and help keep our brand consistent across every touchpoint. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both creativity and data, takes ownership, and loves keeping projects moving. You’ll gain experience across campaigns, media, brand and project coordination, with opportunities to grow into areas such as media buying or project management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing management or equivalent qualification.
- 3+ years’ experience in marketing, campaign coordination, comms, or agency support.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with creative, digital, PR, and media agencies across timelines, briefs, and deliverables.
- Maintain marketing calendars, trackers, decks, and WIPs.
- Support asset approvals, internal reviews, and campaign rollouts.
- Track budgets, invoicing, and manage basic reporting.
- Support the Senior Marketing Manager with campaign performance reports and optimisation insights.
- Track and coordinate media opportunities (interviews, radio, press) in collaboration with agencies.
- Support the Senior Marketing Manager and media agency with campaign flighting schedules, performance tracking, and placement optimisation.
- Maintain up-to-date records of spend, rates, and media plans across campaigns.
- Assist in reconciling media costs and compiling post-campaign reports.
- Prepare briefing documents, coordinate media calendars, and ensure comms go out clean and on-brand.
- Maintain a log of media coverage and placements.
- Gather media kits, audience insights, and deadlines to support smarter placements.
- Support consistent brand representation across all touchpoints.
