Overview
The Workforce Management Agent is responsible for providing effective workforce administration and operational support by coordinating workforce planning, maintaining accurate employee and operational records, monitoring workforce compliance, supporting payroll administration, and producing workforce management reports. The role contributes to the efficient deployment of employees, compliance with client Service Level Agreements (SLAs), legislative requirements, and company policies, while ensuring workforce information is accurate, complete, and maintained across operational systems.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience in workforce administration, operations administration, payroll administration, employee administration, or a similar operational support role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sound working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience working with workforce management, payroll, HRIS or operational management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate records and manage high volumes of administrative information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational, planning and time management skills.
- Ability to analyse information, identify discrepancies and implement corrective action where required.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced operational environment.
