Workforce/ TES Site Supervisor - Delmas
Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled site supervisor to join our team in Delmas. The Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that staff have the necessary equipment and resources to complete their tasks. This role includes planning and managing all activities on-site while adhering to client requirements and company policies, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Matric/Grade 12
- Degree in HR Management and or Business Management / Administration
- Certificate in Human Resources or Supervisor Development Programme
- Certificate in Industrial Relations
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar or related role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to solve problems and negotiate
- IR experience: minimum 2 years
- Knowledge and experience with BCEA & LRA
- 2 to 5 years’ experience in contract management
- Knowledge and experience on MS Office Packages
Responsibilities
- Oversee resources based at client sites
- Provide feedback to all project stakeholders
- Assist in resolving administrative requests
- Manage all orders on site effectively
- Enforce workplace policies and procedures
- Coordinate training and professional development activities
- Ensure administrative documentation retention is compliant with POPI
- Coordinate timesheet collation and payroll documentation
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports
- Manage and report all IR and HR related issues
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety rules
- Manage Medicals and PPE distribution on site
- Follow up on IOD processes
- Conduct risk observations
- Arrange and attend meetings
