Overview
The Department of the Premier, Western Cape Government has opportunities for three (3) suitably qualified and competent individuals to execute and oversee the delivery of departmental work organisation capacity services, transversal job design, transversal organisation design and alignment, service delivery initiatives, as well as practice enablement and development.
Requirements
- An appropriate 3-year National Diploma/B-Degree (equivalent to an NQF 6 or higher qualification) in Social Sciences / Humanities / Industrial Engineering / Industrial Psychology / Public and Business Management Science or related
- A minimum of 3 years relevant experience

- Deliver departmental work organisation capacity services
- Deliver transversal job design services
- Deliver on transversal organisation design and alignment
- Deliver on transversal service delivery initiatives
- Deliver a practice enablement and development service
- Managerial Functions
