Overview
The Department of the Premier, Western Cape Government, has an opportunity for a competent and qualified individual to execute and oversee the delivery of departmental work organisation capacity services, transversal job design, transversal organisation design and alignment, service delivery initiatives, as well as practice enablement and development.
Requirements
- An appropriate 3-year National Diploma/B-Degree (equivalent or higher qualification) in Social Sciences, Humanities, Industrial Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Public and Business Management Science or related
- A minimum of 3 years relevant experience
- A valid (Code B or higher) driving licence

- Deliver transversal job design services
- Managerial Functions
- Deliver on transversal organisation design and alignment
- Deliver on transversal service delivery initiatives
