Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-2 years' experience in HR coordination, recruitment administration, or a similar corporate role
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as SAP and SuccessFactors
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong numerical and data processing abilities
- Exceptional communication skills in written and spoken English
- Detail-oriented with a rigorous approach to following procedures

Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to People Partners throughout the employee lifecycle
- Assist in the preparation of documentation for employee relations cases and performance management processes
- Coordinate logistics for employee engagement initiatives and training sessions
- Maintain accurate employee records in HR/People systems
- Process employee status changes and contract amendments
- Support the preparation of reports and dashboards for People Partners
- Coordinate onboarding logistics and ensure compliance with company standards
- Act as a point of contact for new hires and departing employees
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for contractor staff
- Schedule interviews and prepare employment contracts
