Manage and implement programmes and projects focused on improving service delivery through digital initiatives within the WCG.
Requirements
- An appropriate 3-year tertiary qualification (National Diploma/B-Degree)
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience on a middle management level
Responsibilities
- Support the development, implementation, and alignment of digital government strategies, implementation plans, and policies
- Conduct technology research, and promote and showcase innovation in emerging technologies
- Manage the delivery of digital government initiatives
- Foster collaboration by building and maintaining strong partnerships with various stakeholders
- Coordinate and lead feedback campaigns to collate resident impact on digital government initiatives
